Large Chest

These chests are strong, and lightweight due to the innovative combination of cottonwood and black walnut. The insides are finished as beautifully as the outsides, so that your treasures will be gently protected. Handles and lids are of hand-carved "curly" cottonwood, which we have only found in certain Boulder County cottonwoods so far. The rest of the cottonwood is from the Wolcott cottonwood, which grew near Boulder from 1872-2009.
